As a leader, you’re probably expected to be the person with the answers. But for every answer, you likely have three questions you’d like answered as well!

This week, leaders in Orlando and Tulsa will get the opportunity to have their questions answered by Craig and Andy at Catalyst One Day events! To join with those in Orlando and Tulsa getting equipped for the season ahead, this week’s track will feature Q & A sessions from previou One Day events.

Hear Andy and Craig’s responses to questions about:

  • What they wish they knew as young leaders

  • Learning through failure

  • Developing an organization – not just working in it

Over the next three days, take a few moments to fuel your curiosity by learning from the experience of seasoned leaders.

DAY 3: Work On It, Not Just In It

Between coordinating meetings, running services and implementing new ideas, it’s easy for leaders and staff to keep all the wheels turning without taking the time to develop personally and as a team.

Andy asks Craig: How do you ensure organizations take time to work “on it” and not just “in it?”

Craig gives some very practical suggestions on how leaders within an organization can intentionally develop other leaders and staff as well as the organization as a whole.

CHALLENGE:

Take a moment to think about how much your organization works “in it” in comparison to “on it.” What is one new way you can help the other staff and leaders in your organization intentionally develop so you can continue to operate in strength?
