The Future of Ministry Coaching… Online?
There's no shortage of great opportunities for leaders to learn and connect with great coaches and pastors. However, many coaching groups or networks involve a costly commitment, travel, days out of the office, and time away from home. MinistryCoach.tv, an initiative of MyHealthyChurch, is changing the way pastors and church leaders can approach coaching by taking it online.
With an incredible lineup of coaches, MinistryCoach.tv allows participants to connect with other pastors, leaders, and a coach online, all from the comfort and convenience of their office.
"We like to think the online experience is like having a cup of coffee with a coach," says Justin Lathrop. "Our interface allows coaches and pastors to see one another and interact, much like being around the same table, but doesn't require people to leave home or their office."
MinistryCoach.tv has enlisted over 35 coaches -- ranging from some of the nation's leading senior pastors, church planters, and ministry consultants. Each offer unique insights and wisdom that are available to participants through live, one-on-one coaching or an on-demand format that participants do on their own. With either option, years of ministry experiences and insights are available to users with the click of a mouse.
Now through December 7th, MinistryCoach.tv is offering a free, mini-version of their popular LIFT Course. LIFT drills down on the key expectations every church has and needs from the senior leader. 1) Leadership 2) Inspiration 3) Finances 4) Training Leaders (both paid and volunteer). The mini-course will allow participants to experience live, one-on-one coaching with MinistryCoach.tv coach and developer Scott Wilson.
