How do we overcome the disease to please?

We HAVE to focus on pleasing God over pleasing people from the first moment of the day until we fall back asleep at night. 

Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant. Galatians 1:10

As leaders, we can fall so easily into the trap of judging our success based off the level of popularity we have "achieved," and yet what happens can often look just like Craig's story of serving communion.
