When is the last time you gave permission to the people around you to speak into your vision, your mission, even your leadership?

You do not have to have all the answers, you do not have to have all of the vision, you do not have to make every decision. This week, give someone else a chance to dream, it may be a risk, but it may be the fresh perspective that you have been desperate for.
