So, how should we lead these young people? May I talk straight? We must master the art of mentoring them and leading them.

The important insight based on our research is that Mosaics and Busters rarely see Christians who embody service, compassion, humility, forgiveness, patience, kindness, peace, joy, goodness, and love.

Once Jesus is the focal point—once he is the culmination of life and the pinnacle of our existence—everything else makes sense. Life becomes simple again. Priorities fall into place, and peace, joy, and rest return.

Generosity, like gratitude, is a spiritual muscle that needs to be worked out constantly.  Don't let your generosity be a one-and-done phenomenon.  The more you practice generosity, the better you'll get at making a difference with your assets.

God’s nature is to replenish the stores of those who strive to be faithful conduits for His kingdom work. When you participate with God in His mission, you can trust Him to reward you abundantly for every good deed. When you begin to view your wealth from God’s perspective, you’ll see that the thing to fear isn’t giving away too much, but sowing too little.
