To me, art is my calling; it's the thing God has given me to do so He can shine through it. As long as I am using my words for good and living a life that matches those words, I feel like I will be fufilling my calling and my art.

Finally, commit to living out your actions for growth every day. These actions don’t have to be grandiose. They can be as simple as reading a chapter in a book on a desired growth area and journaling your thoughts. The key is to developing your plan and carrying it out with purpose and intentionality.

I’ve seen the power of women coming together for the common good and it’s beautiful. To love the broken. To feed the hungry. To believe in faith. To heal the hurting. To encourage the saints. Though the model may be slightly inept in the American church, do we throw the baby out with the bath water? Do we continue to separate ourselves from the place where we can find healing and wholeness and community?
