What parts of yourself do you miss that you use to be when the worries were less and the adventures were greater?
My System for Getting Things Done
Over the years, I’ve established my own system that seems to work for me. Thought I would share it. Let me admit - I don’t necessarily recommend the system I’ve instituted for myself. I would recommend implementing a system the experts recommend, and ultimately just some kind of system, whatever it looks like.
Safeguarding Your Legacy
I’ve found that the best way to make sure your relationships bless—instead of curse—your legacy is to filter them through three specific lenses: ownership, magnification, and community.
What Does it Mean to be Known?
Somehow our conversation kept looping back around to what she felt was her calling in ministry, and I realized it wasn’t really an issue of people not knowing her, but rather people not knowing of her. Knowing God as Your Father
What do you do when God reads your life, knows your heart and your longings, and in a single moment, speaks them out loud through a complete stranger?
Preventing a Zombie Outbreak In Your Organization
And while you might not have a colleague or employee that makes a habit of sinking their teeth into someone else's skin, chances are you do have some folks in your workspace that infect folks with corporate zombieism in other highly infectious ways (like emails and snarky gossip).
What It Means to Live Debt Free
I was blessed to figure out what I wanted to do with my life at an early age. Since I was a kid, my passion has revolved around the financial principles my parents taught me.
News Flash: It’s Not About You
I am always bothered by the person who continually just talks about themselves. The person who thinks that the world literally revolves around them. The person who constantly is only worried about how things will affect them personally. They pretend to be interested in others, but really are only concerned with furthering their career or pushing their agenda or making a bigger deal about themselves. It’s not about you. Really. It’s not.
